VACANCY LAWYER
Agro & Social Fund is in search of a new co-worker!
Agro & Social Fund call for a lawyer who will be joining the headquarters offices.
The main responsibilities are as follows:
• Correctly implement the procedures, regulations and manuals where the Agro & Social Fund activities are based upon.
• Track changes and updates in legislation and reflect them in the manuals and regulations that regulate the company activity.
• Compiles contracts and procedure models for court trials and enforcement/execution office.
• He/she will represent the company and its regional offices in all civil suits in all levels of court.
• Make legal assessment, reviews and prepares answers or provides interpretations for requests, complaints or problems that may arise during the activity.
• Must have a driving licence.
• Must be willing to travel.
